To the uninitiated, foosball might seem to lack, well, suspense. But a new spot from MTV might change the perception that only MIT nerds can handle the complicated physics inherent in this majestic game. “Foosball” suggests that, “If MTV were a foosball player, he would dominate the tour unmercifully” with “a display of brutal offensive violations.” He would spank his competition with crowdpleasing moves like the “Sodomizer”, which needs no explanation. Great casting and solid directing make all the difference in this well-executed spot.
